The SUP Lesson is a beginner-friendly stand-up paddle class of about 1.5 hours on the calm water at Es Figueral beach in northeast Ibiza. An instructor teaches you the correct stance, how to balance, paddle and turn, and how to get back on the board, so you finish confidently paddling on your own. The board, paddle and life vest are all included and no experience is needed.

Most people stand up and paddle within the first part of the lesson, thanks to the calm water and wide, stable boards.
Children can take part from around 8 years old if they are comfortable swimming. Please tell us ages when booking.
Once you have the basics you can join our guided SUP tours or rent a board to keep exploring the coast on your own.
